Personal agent setup
A working agent on hardware you own, wired into the apps you already use, with the doors closed behind it.
You get an assistant that lives on your own machine and remembers your context indefinitely — reachable from Telegram, Signal, WhatsApp, Slack, iMessage, or plain email. It can read and draft your mail, run research, manage files, and handle the small recurring things you never get to. We install it, connect it, harden it, and hand you a written map of everything it can reach.
A good fit if
- Solo professionals drowning in email
- People who have tried the tutorial and stalled
- Anyone who wants this without giving a startup their inbox
Worth knowing
- If you want it in the cloud with zero hardware, say so on the call — a VPS build is a different shape
- If you handle regulated data, we will scope parts of it out
For professionals
Custom workflows
The setup, plus the agent is taught the specific work that eats your week.
A general assistant is useful. An assistant that knows your intake process, your reporting format, and where your files live is a different thing entirely. We sit with you, find the two or three loops that actually cost you hours, and build them as skills the agent runs reliably — with cost tuning so the monthly bill stays flat and predictable.

- Anyone already paying for three SaaS tools to do one job

Business deployment
Multi-user, documented, and defensible — because now it touches other people’s data.
The stakes change when it is not just your own inbox. You get a multi-user gateway, a written threat model and isolation architecture, a documented data-handling policy with an explicit what-not-to-connect list, and admin training so one or two of your own people can run it without us. You keep the runbook. Bay Area clients get this on-site.
A good fit if
- Teams standardising on one agent instead of six shadow accounts
- Anyone who will eventually be asked by a client how this is secured
Worth knowing
- If you need SOC 2 evidence or a formal audit, we will point you to a firm that does that
For people who would rather learn
Workshops & training
Your hands on the keyboard. Plenty of people leave and never need us again.
A three-hour session that takes you from nothing to a running, hardened agent you built yourself — group sessions monthly, or a private half-day for your team. We cover the setup, the security baseline, what it costs to run, and where the sharp edges are. This is the cheapest thing we sell and we are entirely happy when it is the only thing you buy.
A good fit if
- Technical people who want to own this themselves
- Teams who need one internal person to become the expert

- If you want it done for you by Friday, book a setup instead

Websites
Fast, well-built, and something your agent can plug into.
We build small business sites the same way we built this one — static, quick, accessible, and cheap to host. Where it makes sense we wire them to your agent, so enquiries get triaged and answered rather than sitting in a form inbox for three days. This site is the work sample; judge it on its merits.

- Small businesses who want speed and clarity over a page builder
