After you book
- Payment confirms the slot
- The hour is held the moment payment goes through. Nothing to chase, no invoice later.
- It lands in both calendars
- You get a calendar invite with the video link. It appears on my calendar at the same time, so the slot cannot be double-booked.
- I read your answers first
- The four questions you fill in are the whole prep. I turn up already knowing what we are solving rather than spending the first fifteen minutes finding out.
- You get notes afterwards
- A short written summary of what we decided and what to do next. If it turns into a bigger engagement, this hour comes off the price.
Need to move it? Reschedule from your confirmation email up to 24 hours beforehand. Cancel inside 24 hours and the hour is not refunded — it is a held slot, not a subscription. Anything unusual, just email roshan@oveasystems.com.
