Who you would be working with
We help businesses use technology to work smarter.
We build websites, web applications, and AI-powered automations that solve real business problems — reducing repetitive work, and improving how businesses operate and serve their customers.
How we work
A simple idea
Identify the problem, build the right solution, and make it work.
We are a small, hands-on team. That means you talk to the person building the thing, not an account manager relaying messages — and it means we take on work we can actually deliver rather than everything we are asked for.
Most of what we build falls into three groups: websites that load fast and that you can edit yourself; AI systems that answer the phone, sort the inbox, or handle the admin nobody has time for; and internal tools — dashboards and portals that put scattered information in one place.
What that means in practice
Four things we hold to
- Clear communication
- Plain answers about what something will do, what it will cost, and what it will not do. If we are not sure, we say so rather than guessing.
- Things that get used
- A tool nobody opens is worse than no tool. We build around what you actually do day to day, then hand it over with the documentation to run it.
- Your credentials stay yours
- We never take custody of your passwords or API keys. You enter them yourself, or share them through your password manager and revoke access afterwards. How that works.
- We will say when not to
- Not every business needs this yet. If an automation would not earn its keep for you, we would rather tell you in the first hour than after an invoice.
Where we work
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where we work on site. Everything else is done over screen share, and we take clients nationwide.
Talk to a person
No form funnel and no sequence of automated emails. Book an hour and you get a straight answer about whether this is worth doing for you.
